Here are some top tips to help you maximise your presence at BFE UK 2012 .
Complete your exhibitor list profile
Make sure your company profile is up to date on the exhibitor list. Log into the exhibitor zone to upload your company logo and profile and select the relevant product categories. Upload press releases or latest company news which will feature in your profile and the press release page.
Announce your involvement at the event
Tell people you are exhibiting at BFE UK 2012 in your press releases communications and advertisements.
Mail our 2010 data
Send dedicated show communications to our 2011 BSEC visitor database via our third party mailing house. For more details contact Rosa Thomas
Promote yourself to your prospects and existing customers
Invite prospects and your customers to visit your stand. Download the BFE UK 2012 banner onto your website, the BFE UK 2012 logo to use in all communications online and print and add the email footer to your email signature to let your clients know you'll be at the event.
Book your delegate and dinner places - 10% off for exhibitors
Increase your networking opportunities at BFE UK 2012 . Attend the conference and hear the latest policy updates and meet senior decision makers. Book your table at the prestigious gala dinner and entertain your clients in a more informal atmosphere away from the show floor.
Be proactive and make appointments in advance to have at the stand. Plan activities including dinners outside of show hours to maximise the benefit for out of town attendees.
