BSEC is the largest conference and exhibition in the UK concerned with the design and construction of schools.
Over 5,000 local authority officers, contractors, architects, headteachers, school governors and ICT professionals attended the last event. Speakers at the conference included schools minister Jim Knight, Partnerships for Schools chief executive Tim Byles, and RIBA president Sunand Prasad.
In addition to the main event, this year saw the launch of BSEC North in October and BSEC Middle East & North Africa (MENA) in December 2009.
